Yes. All cannabis products sold in New York must be tested by a licensed OCM-approved laboratory for potency, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials before they can be sold at retail. Every product on our shelf has passed this testing.

New York State limits adult-use purchases to 3 ounces of cannabis flower (or equivalent in other product types) per transaction. This is a state law, not a store policy.

Elevated is an adult-use (recreational) retailer. We do not currently operate as a medical dispensary. If you hold a New York medical cannabis certification, adult-use products are available to you at any licensed retailer.

Yes. Place your order at elevated718.com/menu and your order will be ready for pickup at 304 Kings Highway, usually within minutes of placing it during store hours.

We accept cash and debit cards (CanPay/ACH-based payments). Due to federal banking restrictions, most credit cards are not accepted at cannabis retailers. There is an ATM on-site.

New York cannabis regulations restrict standard returns on consumed products. If you received a defective product or had a product quality issue, please contact us at 718-353-8283 and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
