Delivery times vary by distance and order volume. Most deliveries to nearby areas (Gravesend, Midwood, Bensonhurst) arrive within 30–60 minutes. Farther areas may take 45–90 minutes. You’ll receive a confirmation with an estimated window when your order is placed.

Delivery is available during store hours: daily 10AM–10PM. Last delivery orders are accepted at 9:30PM to allow fulfillment before closing. Orders placed after 9:30PM will be queued for the following morning.

Yes. A minimum order value applies for delivery. The current minimum is displayed at checkout on elevated718.com/menu. Minimums may vary based on delivery distance.

Yes. New York State law requires our delivery drivers to verify your age (21+) and identity at the door. Have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready when your order arrives. The driver cannot leave cannabis with anyone who cannot verify their age. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.

We accept cash on delivery and debit/ACH payments (CanPay). Due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis, most credit cards are not accepted. Payment method options are shown during checkout.

You’ll receive updates via text message as your order is confirmed, dispatched, and approaching. Real-time GPS tracking availability depends on the delivery platform.

If our driver cannot reach you for age verification, they cannot leave the order. They will attempt to contact you by phone. If unreachable, your order will be returned to the store. Call us at 718-353-8283 to reschedule.

The person receiving the delivery must be the same person who placed the order and must present matching ID. We cannot deliver to a third party on behalf of someone else. New York cannabis regulations require direct verification of the recipient.
